Look back on that day, once more.Choose a photo, add its place and how it felt. Looking back at the map later shows you the light and the scenery that made you stop along the way.
Just walk, and the record builds itself.Works with Shortcuts, so your route is recorded even with the screen closed. Photowalk records your whole route; Snap records only the points where you release the shutter.
See your photos at a glance.Revisit your photos as cards. Filter by date or Mood, or gather them into an album.
Record the sound of the place, not just the photo.Recorded sound is added to the pin. Hearing a place again alongside its photo brings the memory back.
Put the map you walked on paper.Turn a recorded day into a single piece combining photos and a line-drawn map, ready to export for printing or social media.
Revisit your photowalks, too.See distance, time, and the number of spots on a timeline. Look back on a day in several different forms.
On first launch, a getting-started guide walks you through how to record (you can revisit it any time from Settings). The basics come down to three steps.
1. Walk and record
Turn on the GPS log and start walking. Photowalk records your whole route; Snap records only the points where you release the shutter.
2. Import your photos
Back home, just pick photos from the + button. Photos with GPS become pins as they are, and photos with capture times are matched to their places automatically.
3. Look back on the map
Photos and walked routes accumulate on the map. Revisit them in Journal by date or Mood, or turn a day into a Print.
iPhone (iOS 15.1 or later; iOS 16 or later recommended). Coming soon to the App Store.
